Farmer’s Exchange offers 12 and 6 month bed-to-bed and joint & several leases.
ARE ANY UTILITIES INCLUDED IN MY RENT?
Residents of Farmer’s Exchange receive laundry and Wi-Fi included with their rent. Electricity must be set up by residents separately at their own cost (averages $35/tenant). Water and trash has an additional fee of $30.
HOW LONG IS MY LEASE AT FARMER’S EXCHANGE?
Each lease at Farmer’s Exchange is for a 12 month term. Residents are given first option to renew their apartment for another 12 month term. We also offer 6 months lease based on availability.
HOW DO MY ROOMMATES AND I GO ABOUT SIGNING OUR NEW LEASE?
The first step is to complete the leasing application, that can be done my clicking on the "View Details" button and click on the "Apply Now" button from the unit details page. Once that is complete, a member of our team will contact you with instructions on how to access and sign the lease. The following charges are applicable per lease: $75 application fee, $250 administrative fee, $100 and security deposit equal to one month’s rent.
DO APPLIANCES COME WITH MY APARTMENT?
Each apartment at Farmer’s Exchange comes standard with stainless style appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stove. Washer and dryer are provided in the building at the laundry facility free of charge. Some units are equipped with a washer and dryer.
WHAT AMENITIES DO YOU HAVE TO OFFER?
Farmer’s Exchange residents enjoy all things to do within downtown all within walking distance. We also have amenities within our property for you to enjoy. Our resident lounge has computers, printers, study room, couch and TV, pool table, and more. Additionally, we offer an outside patio with seating and a grill.
HOW FAR IS FARMER’S EXCHANGE FROM CAMPUS?
Farmer’s Exchange is located across the street from campus.
WHEN IS RENT/INSTALLMENT DUE EACH MONTH?
Rent/Installment is due on the 1st of the month and is considered late after 5PM on the 4th. Farmer’s Exchange offers each resident a grace period between the 1st and the 4th to pay their rent with no late fees if paid during that time period.
DO YOU OFFER A FURNISHED OPTION?
Most units in Farmer’s Exchange are not furnished, we have limited number of units that are furnished.
IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
Limited on-site and limited off-site parking are available for an additional monthly fee. Our onsite parking starts at $130, we also offer offsite parking 5-10 minutes walking distance starting at $50/month. There are also metered and unmetered street parking available.
WHILE I’M A RESIDENT, AM I ALLOWED TO HAVE A PET?
Farmer's Exchange is not pet friendly. We allow 1 cat per unit, all pets must be approved by management. Pet owner must pay a non-refundable $300 pet fee and monthly pet rent of $35.
